Timothy Jenkins is a compassionate leader who believes the mission of caring for people is a ministry. With a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the State of New York , associate degree with the Community College of the Air Force and 11 years in the Air Force serving during the Gulf War, Tim has built a career over 20 years centered on service, leadership, and human connection. Tim started as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in 2005 to present. Tim holds a Dual Licensed Long-Term Care Administrator and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Tim is passionate about excellent customer service for his residents, families, staff and community. Beyond professional accomplishments, Tim values family, faith, community, a loving wife and family with two adorable dogs.

Kendra serves as the Business Office Coordinator, bringing a strong background in business administration, customer service, and healthcare to her role. As a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Dr. Henson holds the highest practical degree in the nursing profession, dedicating her career to elevating patient care standards and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Dr. Henson’s unique clinical background blends the heart of a Hospice Nurse with the precision of a Nursing Instructor. Having spent years guiding patients and families through advanced illness, she possesses a profound understanding of comfort care, pain management, and the preservation of dignity and quality of life. Complementing this clinical depth is her background in nursing education, where she spent years training future nurses to master complex clinical judgment and evidence-based practices.

Since joining the company in 2023, Olivia has been dedicated to providing compassionate care and meaningful experiences for our residents. Throughout her time with us, she has served in several roles, including PCA, CNA, and Medication Technician. She now brings her experience and passion for serving others to her role as Life Enrichment Coordinator. Her knowledge and hands-on caregiving experience help her create engaging activities, meaningful connections, and enjoyable experiences each day.
Sharon McClellan is a dedicated culinary professional who has been an important part of the Cranberry House family for the past five years. With more than 20 years of experience in the food industry, Sharon brings extensive knowledge, creativity, and passion to her role as our Dietary Manager.
Sharon believes that food is about more than simply providing a meal—it is about creating comfort, connection, and a sense of home. She takes great pride in preparing meals that are nutritious, delicious, and enjoyable for our residents, while also taking into consideration their individual preferences and needs.

David serves as our maintenance director and takes pride in keeping our community safe, comfortable, and running smoothly. Outside of work, David continues his commitment to serving others as a volunteer firefighter and also operates his own mowing business.
